FMI Layered Standard for Network Communication (FMI-LS-BUS) 1.0.0 Release
The Modelica Association Project FMI has announced the 1.0.0 official release of the FMI Layered Standard for Network Communication (FMI-LS-BUS).
FMI-LS-BUS defines a standardized interface and packaging for network communication simulation in FMI-based workflows and enables interoperable exchange of bus simulation components across tools.
This first official release focuses on support for CAN, CAN FD, and CAN XL and provides a solid base for future extension to other networking standards.
As a member of the Modelica Association Project FMI steering committee, PMSF IT Consulting is proud to have contributed to this initial release, and will support the further development of the standard, and the integration into its tools and methodology support.
