OSI Release 3.1.2
The Open Simulation Interface project has released version 3.1.2 (Cosmic Coulthard Update 4) of the Open Simulation Interface standard. Please be aware the this release fixes some issues in 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 releases that happened just prior.
